THE PROBLEM

You Shouldn't Have to
Fight This Battle Alone.

If you're like most veterans I serve, you're tired of:

Being denied or lowballed on a rating that doesn't reflect what you're actually living with

Fighting the VA on your own and getting nowhere

Not knowing what you qualify for — secondaries, presumptives, increases — and watching years go by

Being treated like a number by a high-volume claims company that disappears after the contract is signed

Sitting in a C&P exam where it feels like the examiner never read your file

Carrying chronic pain, PTSD, or a TBI through a bureaucracy that grinds you down on purpose

Your VSO filed and you got denied. A "claims coach" charged you thousands and ghosted. The system is adversarial by design.

You don't need another shark. You need aN advocate who's been where you are — and won't quit on you.

Who I Help

Three Groups.
One Standard of Advocacy.

VETERANS

Initial claims, increases, secondary conditions, denials, and appeals. Specializing in the complex cases — sleep apnea secondary to PTSD, depression secondary to chronic pain, MST claims, PACT Act presumptives, and previously underrated ratings that need a second look.

Surviving Spouses

DIC, accrued benefits, and survivor support. If your veteran passed and the VA is making you fight for what your family was promised — I'll stand in that fight with you.

Dependents & Caregivers

Aid and Attendance, CHAMPVA, Chapter 35 / DEA, and caregiver support. The benefits your family earned are part of your veteran's service — and they shouldn't be left on the table.

Why AVet2Vets

I've Walked This Path.

Now I Walk It With You.

I'm TJ, a disabled veteran. I've spent 20+ years as a veteran fighting for my own benefits. I know what it's like to sit in a C&P exam, to read a denial letter at the kitchen table, and to wonder if anyone in that system gives a damn whether you make it through.

I built AVet2Vets because veterans deserve better than a call center, a coach, or a claims shark. You deserve someone who's been where you are, who knows the law, and who treats your case like it's the only one on the desk.

Trust & Loyalty

I've got your six.

You'll work with me directly. Not an intake rep, not a junior associate, not a chatbot. Veteran-to-veteran, the whole way.

Education & Empowerment

Educate. Empower. Advocate.

You'll understand your case. You'll know what we're doing and why. When this is done, you'll know how to defend the rating you earned.

Honor & Service

Built on respect for your sacrifice.

Your service earned these benefits. My job is to make sure you actually receive what was promised — and to do it with the integrity your service deserves.

How It Works

Personalized Advocacy

at Every Stage of Your Claim.

VA Disability Claims Advocacy

Initial filings, increases, and reopens.

Document Preparation & Evidence Development

Building the VA claim packet so your claim is decided on the truth, not on what's missing.

Secondary Condition Guidance

Identifying the conditions linked to your service that often go unclaimed.

Survivor & Dependent Benefits

DIC, CHAMPVA, Chapter 35, Aid and Attendance.

One-on-One Consulting & Education

So you understand your case and can advocate for yourself long after we're done.

How It Works

Three Steps.
No Mystery. No Pressure.

1

Start Your Intake

Tell me about your service, your conditions, and where you are in the process. Free initial consultation. Veteran to veteran.

2

We Build the Plan

A personalized strategy based on your service record, medical evidence, and the specific rating criteria that apply to your case. You'll know exactly what we're doing and why.

3

We Fight Together

I stay in your corner — through evidence development, C&P prep, decision letters, and whatever comes next. I won't quit on you.

Want to add your story? Once your claim is squared away, I'd be honored to share it — only with your permission, only in your words.

As a consultant and advocate I helping you prepare, organize, and understand your claim. You'll have control over the whole process. Here's what some people ask.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you a VA-accredited representative?

VA accreditation status is being finalized. I operate as a consultant and advocate — helping you prepare, organize, and understand your claim. For formal representation before the VA (filing on your behalf, signing forms as your rep), I'll either be accredited or refer you to an accredited VSO or attorney. I'll never misrepresent what I am.

What does it cost?

The initial consultation is free. Beyond that, fees depend on the scope of work — consulting, document prep, evidence development. I do work on contingency and believe in full transparency. You'll know the fee structure up front, in writing, before we start.

How is this different from the big claims companies and 'claims coaches'?

No call center. No junior associate. You work with me directly, veteran to veteran. When the claim is decided, I haven't disappeared — and you'll actually understand your own case.

Can you guarantee I'll get a higher rating?

No one can ethically guarantee a rating outcome — and anyone who does is lying to you. What I can promise is honest assessment, real preparation, and a fight built on the law and the evidence.

Do you only work with combat veterans?

No. I work with all veterans regardless of era, branch, or discharge characterization — plus surviving spouses and dependents. Peacetime service counts. National Guard and Reserve service counts. Your benefits are based on what service did to you, not where you served.

I was denied years ago. Is it too late?

Usually no. Denials can often be reopened with new and relevant evidence, and many veterans are eligible for increases, secondaries, or PACT Act presumptives they were never told about. Start the intake and we'll look at it together.

How long does the process take?

The VA sets the timeline, not me — and it varies by claim type, region, and backlog. What I control is making sure your file is built right the first time so we're not fixing avoidable problems later.

Your Service Earned These Benefits.

Let's Make Sure You Get Them.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

You don't have to trust another corporate claims company.

You don't have to keep proving what you're already living with.

You need a veteran advocate in your corner who

knows the system, knows the law, and won't quit on you.

That's what I do.

Free initial consultation · No obligation · Veteran to veteran
